Chilly, Ping, and Ichabod started out with a nice standard.
Ping headed back earlier to setup cones and meet up with the pax
Ping laid out the cones in the following fashion

Pax started with a nice Warma Rama
The Thing :
Pax lined up at the start line and began lunging to the first set of cones and sprinting to the fourth after reaching the last set of cones. this process was repeated until the pax were lunging all the way to the fourth line of cones.
Pax then did suicide burpees of going to the first line doing one burpee back to the start, the second line two burpees back to the start third line three burpees and back to the start.
Pax then started on the bottom left cone and did a squat for every cone they faced snaking their way through the line of cones eventually doing 16 reps at one
Pax then went back through the columns performing Mericans at every cone in the column.
final cone exercise was having the pax do 1 “Getup at every single cone to get through.
