Conference Championship Weekend by the (painful) Numbers

When Usain yields the keys to The Glen, you better come up with a plan that doesn't resemble the Chargers performance last weekend in Foxboro.  As such, YHC went to the 'World Wide Web' and researched (read 'reh-suuuuhhhched) some stats on this weekends' Conference Championships.  This served as the ideal skeleton upon which to flesh out a numericallly based Q for this well heeled, highly polished Pax.

Warm-Ups: Mozy, High Knees, Butt Kickers, R/L Karaoke, Kick Steppers.

The Thang:  To properly service the strignant guidelines bestowed upon us by Herr Usain, YHC decided to fold in the numerical benchmarks set by the four (4) Conference Championship teams this weekend.  STATS were collected, amassed, then the Pax was queried about such stats and information.  Correct answers were given the exercise, INCORRECT answers were given a ONE (1) Burpee penalty, additive like (1st wrong answer = 1 Burpee, 2nd = 2, and so on….) plus the prescribe exercise, of course corrolating with the 'stat' unearthed from the number scrubbing.

COP- most reps are IC, unless things like Burpees, and some other things that just seemed 'cruel' to cadence (CTC, if you will…….and you WILL-you darn 115'ers).

Which Conference has the most SuperBowl Wins? NFC- 27 SSH (AFC-25- IST), SDS-10.

Titles? 8-Sitouts.

Head to steps- Bunny hop up, Lunge walk up.

Saints:  Div. Champs? 7- Peter Parkers on the wall. Conf. Champs? 1- Pax missed this one- 8 Burpees. SB Champs? 1-lap around the soccer field.

Balls to the wall- Spread on the games? Rams vs. Saints? -3.5-Peter Parkers. Chiefs vs. Pats? 3-Peter Parkers. A few Iron Chairs were tossed in there for good measure.  Crab walk down the small wall. 10 Dips, 10 Inclines.  Run up to top of parking lot for..

Mary: Mason Twist 10, Tree Climbers 20 (Dolittle led), Straight Cash Homie led Box cutters 15, Deadpool Side Bends 10 R/L, Shambala- J Lo's 15. Ladybug LBC's 20.

Recover, recover.

Moleskine:

-The five early runners were Loveshack, Six Shooter, Strutter, Crack, and Banana Peel?  Early ruckers were Hurdle, Deep End, Cupcake and Lear.

-The Q apologizes deeply for the lack of 'difficulty' of this post, it was completely unintentional.

-The steps, slalom, dips, and field lap were add-ons, free of charge!!

-The sit outs continue to be a crowd fav……..and they will continue until morale improves.

-YHC hopes y'all enjoyed learning more about the 'Final Four' of gridiron.  The Pax surprised the Q with some SOLID guesses about the above stats…….'pressive!

-The were nine (9) missed questions, resulting in 45 total Burpees…..piece 'o cake!!

-Master Usain, thanks for the keys.

-Gents, take The Glen for a spin…..it's a lovely AO!!
