Moleskin:
  • Mona Lisa shared some ancient wisdom from the lost scrolls of Confucius. Who knew they did block burpees back then.
  • The Pax discussed why the name "Long Snapper" was never considered as an option for the "Dwight Schrute" warmup exercise. I took the liberty in using the new name in the backblast. We'll see if it sticks.
  • The skies were clear and the stars were out.
  • During LBC's I spotted a satellite making its way across the sky but no one else saw it.
  • We all saw a shooting star, thanks to me making everyone look for the satellite.
  • The Force closed us out in prayer, lifting up a family member in need, and all those struggling/dealing with the pandemic.
  • I never left an F3 workout wishing I didn't show, and today was no different.
I am very grateful for the opportunity to lead this morning, and greatly appreciate the F3 community. Until next time!
