YHC put a lot of thought into putting thought into this workout, then audibles and took the M up on an offer to use one of her workouts in a bag.
9 pax emerged into the gloom alongside I think 4 pax for Stretch. At YHCs request, all pax in attendance for Stretch also had a kettle bell. Those, along with YHCs made for a perfect 9 for the Mad Sci pax to use.
Here's the concept: A page with 5 exercises is posted on a wall at each half level starting in the basement. Do 1 exercise, then advance tk next level by means directed on the bottom of the page Do one exercise there, advance, etc
At the last level, do an exercise, advance per direction, etc. After the final level, run back to the basement, join Stretch for whatever they are doing, then to the first wall and page and now do the 2nd exercise on the page, advance, and so on

Its a sight to see the pax from stretch walk around with a yoga mat in one hand, KB in another.
In a time crunch we took the pages with us and did the final exercises on our way down so we did finish all exercises on the 4 pages, plus numerous mobility moments.
Next week The pax of Stretch will miss us. Guaranteed
There were 5 pages to the workout – we used 4. Had to drop one in order to avoid Gamp Cladiator. Thank goodness. The page left out had burpees at the top. Thank goodness.
