Broke Back Barefoot Broga was back in full swing this 6:30am chilly almost rainy morning.
6:30am arrives and 5 Qs are devasted to discuss all those who couldn't be with us this morning including our Master Q Yogi Bertha.
None the less we unrolled our mats, took off our shoes, and got to work.
The Thang:
- Broke lead some upright stuff
- Sonar lead some upright stuff
- Clark lead some upright and down right stuff
- Hefty took us to the mat
- YHC finshed us off with some sleepy star gazing
Mumble Chatter:
- A lot of good conversation all around
- Sonar and YHC enjoyed the baby cobras
- Broke is suffering from years of concussions
- Hefty is raising a modern day Tony Hawk
- Clark hasnt finished season 3 of Cobra Kai yet so be careful when speaking to or around him
