We decided to converge, since lots of peeps Fartsacked, after the crackers.  15 brave men showed to start their days and weeks better.

THE WARMUP

THE THANG

We lined up on the end of the lot, each with one of Carpet Bagger's weights.  Everyone groaned, assuming suicides.  Instead, it was partner Dora.

Round 1

  • 100 LBCs
  • 200 BBCs
  • 300 glute bridges 

The other partner gamer carried 2 plates to the third island and back.

Enron and Goodlife got tired, so The Count and I switched our 25s for their 35s

Round 2

  • 100 squats 
  • 150 line jumps
  • 200 calf raises

With everyone exhausted, we carried the our weights to the building, did 3 people's chair exercises, put the weights back, and did 1 last round of glute bridges.  
 

635 calories burned.  15 men ready for the day and another 3 joined for just coffee.  Good F1 and F2 day.
