20 reps of the following exercises with dumbbells (not referring to our fellow pax but weights…)
- Split Squat
- Reverse Arnold
- 2 Way Row, Close-handed and wide
- Dead Lift Row
- Hammer
- Wing Fly
- Mason
- Bench Flutter
- Alternating Toe Reach
- Fly Leg Raise
Moleskin:
- Nice morning at the beach! Not too humid or too hot! Perfect 69.
- Slow Roll pulls up and blocks Grip in his car. Grip did not engage…
- Schwinn ate razor blades for breakfast… when told “Good morning” , he replied, “What’s so f-ing good about it”. Great start this am and the workout hasn’t even begun yet.
- Natty shows up and Grip asked if the diaper rash had cleared up from the Ragbrai, and Natty stated that it did but he had to lose a nut for the cause! You couldn’t tell it though, he performed the workout with no glitches or limps
- Pinky comes running up during the warmup with no dumbbells present. Had been out running and could not do weights today. He was injured during the moving process and proceeded to do a great ab workout whilst the pax did the dumbbells
- We learned of a disorder this morning also, CMD. It appeared that 4 of the 6 pax had this disorder.
- It was a blast gentlemen.
