3) Kudos to Callahan for the appropriate naming of today's workout
4) Reminisced with Macbeth about the coldest F3 LKN workout – 8 degrees at 131 Main, can't honestly recall if Fission or MMM, but windchill was 0. Not quite as cold today, thankfully just a faint breeze. But was thinking of Fonzi and the F3NWIND brothers today
5) Confirmed with Hacker, no Molly Ringwold but Breakfast Club workout at Jetton Park resumes this week on Thursday – please note 7AM start time
