As I was looking for fresh ideas for this morning's workout, I looked back on the website (yes we have one), all the way back to 2016. Most of today's theme came from a workout Holiday Q'd at the General on 2/5/16. There are some great ideas from some great Q's out there, so don't hesistate to check our history if you're in a Q rut.
