Sonar then leads us on a mosey to the farthest location on the AO, the soccer fields. Where we relinquish the Q to Cornholio. He had us do some lunges out and back. Then waited on someone to go next, we told him he was now officially Q the rest of the workout. So he then leads us to the baseball field for some hill work. And some wall step-ups. Then we run across the street since the gate was open to the elementary school. Backdrafts has to bail out at thus point.
At the back of the school, partner up, one does an exercise while other takes a lap. We do this a couple rounds, then mosey back to the launch pad.
