Decline Merkin 10X,9x,8x,7x,6x,5x,4x,3x,2x,1x (held last one for 10 sec count down)
Right Leg calf raise 10X,9x,8x,7x,6x,5x,4x,3x,2x,1x (held last one for 10 sec count down)
Dips 10X,9x,8x,7x,6x,5x,4x,3x,2x,1x (held last one for 10 sec count down)

Half way thru the count down we ran one lap around the parking lot because Titan was complaining about not running, he also had to carry the keg along with Tuffy.
Kid Rock also complained about no cotton pickers so 10x cotton pickers, Kid Rock and Special Sauce with kegs.
Burpee count down 5,4,3,2,1 with lap in between each set, took turns with kegs.
Beetle Juice and Geek were the fastest to finish so they brought the kegs back.

The empty kegs were too light for Soprano, he wanted full kegs or at least the opportunity to empty them.
Titan and Kid Rock learned if you complain, the keg was your consequence.
