YHC and Holiday came in hot this morning, while Greyhound and Eeyore patiently awaited. I dusted off the workout I used for my Kettlebell VQ many moons ago at the Cauldron, way back when The Count was the Master Q there. Yea, it’s been awhile…
Starting off with 20 reps IC was not a crowd pleaser. Then again, neither was following up with 15… Come to think of it, 12 wasn’t popular either, as the PAX were thrown off by the lack of consistency as voiced vociferously by Holiday. Oh well, we each got in 114 reps of each exercise.
Prayers up for Burning Bush, who’s wife is having some medical issues.

I think Eeyore had the biggest reason for discontent having a 35lb bell. Ouch.
