Tammy Faye couldn’t make it for this one, but Tuffy plotted the route, YHC put out a really late PB and there ya have it – we somehow ended up with 5! Might have had something to do with the 0800 start (what a luxury).
Tuffy and YHC weren’t surprised to see Snake Eyes, but when Mulligan took himself off the IR to post were were surprised. Think he got in 6 or so with a bad back – don’t know how you did that, brother but congrats. Ice up and feel better.
And then… out of the darkness, carrying a water bottle he appeared. Omaha. Says he’s never run more than 6 miles then just shows up and runs 10 with us. How is that possible???

No way could I have done this without the pax. Funny how it works, too. I thought the 1st 2-3 miles were really enjoyable. Tuffy said the 1st 2 were the worst for him. Every stride for the last 2 miles was literally painful for me. Without the ox by my side I would’ve stopped and walked. Thought about it numerous times.
