Eight PAX and CodeBlue the Q (who it turns out is on Twitter after all) showed up at Fallout in spite of the threat of rain.
Warm up:
Mosey on the track with stop half way for SSH, mountain climbers, and squats. Butt kickers and high knees to finish the lap led to a little girl fight some windmills and shoulder taps. PAX divided into 3 man teams.
The real workout:

Round 2: #1 man quadraphalia 25 yds. and return
#2 man drydocks (amrap)
#3 man jump squats (counter to 200)

All exercises finished as planned in spite of several attempts by the PAX to call audibles.
