Counting to 100


Eight PAX and CodeBlue the Q (who it turns out is on Twitter after all)  showed up at Fallout in spite of the threat of rain.  

 

Warm up:

Mosey on the track with stop half way for SSH, mountain climbers, and squats.  Butt kickers and high knees to finish the lap led to a little girl fight some windmills and shoulder taps.  PAX divided into 3 man teams.

 

The real workout:

  Round 1:     #1 man runs lap on track

                     #2 man lunges (amrap)

                     #3 man burpees (counter to 100)

          Rotate when runner returns

  Round 2:    #1 man quadraphalia 25 yds. and return

                    #2 man drydocks (amrap)

                    #3 man jump squats (counter to 200)

           Rotate

  Round 3:    #1 man bearcrawl around junglegym

                    #2 man toe touch situps (amrap)

                   #3 man merkins (counter to 300)

            Rotate

All exercises finished as planned in spite of several attempts by the PAX to call audibles.

 

Mary:

Finished up with wall sit, bam bams, russian twists.
