Crabby Returns to Mustang (April 2023 Murph)


9 Hard Chargers posted for the Last Monday of the Month Murph at Mustang. This is a prequel to the next 5 Mondays where Bertha will be leading us through a Murph every Monday in May. So I guess this is week 1 of 6.

100 pull-ups
200 ‘merkins
300 squats
1 mile run

And Iron Horse did that with actual Body Armor. Body Armor is the name of this workout that Lt. Micheal P Muphy gave it. (More on this later)
