Crappy 80’s music and some laps!


12 men showed up with a plan to tame the sword.  Started up the juke box and walked on some sunshine over to the pullupbars.  

The normal Warmup

SSH/Cotton pickers/Windmill/IST x10 IC

Suedo Sharknado.

Did a few exercises then ran to third island and back to the pullup bars.

Exercises varied with curls/skull crushers/merkins/squat to press/lawmowers/block burpees/rocky balboas/low flutter/ pullups. 

Did that 5/6 times.

Heard some chatter about the running to much and how bad my music was.  Shout out to the 80s radio station for pumping madonna and love jams during our workout.  Kinda hurt the q so kicked up the workou.

Block push to one side of the parking lot 10 merkins.  Block puh back curls/kickbacks/5 pullups. 

Run a lap.

Block push to other side block burpees 10 oyo.  Push block back.  Curls kickbacks.

Put blocks up.  5 pullups mosey back to cars.

Hit a quick mary.

Called on Bunyan for a exercise.  Hit us with a 10 burpee finisher.  

Recover Recover.
