9 pax decided to Fallout of their cozy bed and get stronger in the wet and cold gloom. Tantrum, Major Tom, and Turncoat where the standard bearers, of course. Turncoat said something about running 800 meter sprints 8 times.  Nice job guys!

The Thang

Mosey to the rock pile to find a non-traveling, traveling rock.  Zamparini across the parking lot to the blacktop behind the school. Here, the pax entered the triangle of pain.

Pax divided into 3 stations of 3.  

  • Station 1 – 50 skull crushers
  • Run a lap
  • Station 2 – 50 curls
  • Run a lap
  • Station 3 – 25 Mountain Climber Merkins
  • Run a lap
  • Repeato but reducing to 25, 25, and 10.

Mosey with rock to quadraphelia hill for 10 reps of quadraphelia up the hill with beloved rock.

Moleskin

  • Thanks to Tbone for the chance to lead at Fallout.  
  • Upon reflection, we will have to increase the suck factor for this workout in the future by adding more reps at the triangle.  At least we got Tbone to kinda do the J-Lo after ranting about it not being a real exercise.
  • YHC's cadence calls were compared to Crazy Eddie and breaking puberty during Mary cadence.  The challenge of leading workouts plus the candor of the pax are unmatched.

It's always an honor to lead an F3 workout.  It has given YHC strength to get through some challenges and learn from the best HIM around.  F3 is a blessing. Thanks pax.
