Crowd pleaser

9 for a super soaker run to the rock and back.  Frogger was there for the River Rat, but skipped out on Excelsior….gave you credit anyways.  Brandywine, that dude was there, but not on site.  It was great catching up with everyone this morning.  I got the stink eye early from Freedom after doing 20 SSH, as remembered “we usually don’t do that many”……so for the rest of the workout, the reps for each exercise had to be approved by the PAX before starting.  Kudos to the guys that completed the River Rat and then reported to Excelsior.  I promise, one day I’ll do a River Rat, just sucks that it has to be on a Saturday morning at 5:00.  It was one of those swamp ass mornings with the humidity at record highs, but you guys rocked it.  Thanks to Tantrum for giving me the chance to take the lead this morning and trying to keep up with him.  I enjoyed it and plan to come back soon.  Until we meet again…..E
