The Dam to Dam Relay is a 100k road race that consist of 12 legs ranging from 3 to 7.5 miles each. ? Once your first runner leaves, the team will drive to the next exchange and wait. The next runner takes over when their first runner shows up and the process continues all the way to Lake Greenwood Dam.

Morning Crew was up at 345am for a 545am start but also back to the house by 11am to take naps
Afternoon Crew got up at 8am ish and started running around 10 and finished around 230

Thank you guys for helping me accomplish a race (which turned into a goal) that I saw three years ago and at that point I thought there is no way in the world I'm gonna be able to do this because there's no way I could find five friends that I could talk into going to run 100K relay and that I would want to spend a weekend with. Thank you for helping me achieve this in my life and for helping to see all of us complete new goals. It's amazing to watch everyone continue to level up and be HIM (High impact men).
