The morning started out with 2 men ready Q. Both Primo and Frontier were at the helm. Unfortunately there could be only one. Sweet C helped in deciding since I had the web site calendar spot for the day then your humble q should lead. Primo we look forward to your planned Q in the coming weeks!

Today's workout was in post celebration of a couple birthdays that happened over the weekend. Both Sweet C and your humble Q added another notch to the old belt over the weekend. Sweet C at 42 and I am not longer in my 30's… I turned the big 40. To celebrate we invited Siri to help Q the workout. Her plan was Tabata style!  The workout consisted of 3 sets of each workout for 20 seconds each set and 10 second rest in between.
