4 PAX in attendance despite nasty weather. (Clark, Sonar, Dirt, and C#)

Many items were drug out of my garage and were lined up under the front of the gym, awaiting pax to come lift, move, curl, jump or throw them.  

About 10 stations of various exercises and quantities, work down the line and repeat.  Bullseye burpees was the creative new station.  Hit a bullseye, and do nothing, move to next station.  Hit anything else, do that number of burbees. 

Music was played, mumble chatter was had, and work was done.

Clark brought extra toys which helped with scalability (choose your pleasure).

Reflection commentary:

Our faith can guard us during trials in the same way a shield would during battle. For example, when doubt creeps in and our beliefs are questioned, our faith in Christ will protect us. We can stand firm in knowing what we believe. In addition, our faith can protect us when we experience anxiety and fear.
