12 angry men (above plus Heister and DeVito) convened on yet another humid morning. YHC was so ashamed of his lame performance during Das Boat's Saturday beatdown that he replicated a track/ stair oriented workout. Great job by all.
The workout:
– Warm up at Chambers (again, that's the big academic building in the center of campus).
– Jog to track. Avoid skunk located by Hooker (insert pun here)
– Full snake to start. Awesome.
– Stadium Round 1- up and down stairs, 10 burpees, up and down stairs.
– Round 2- up and down, 20 merkins, up and down.
– Round 3- up and down, 30 WWII situps (someone asked about WWI situps?), up and down
– Round 4- up and down 40 LBCs, up and down
– Round 5- up and down, 30 WWII situps, up and down
– Round 6- up and down, 20 merkins, up and down
– Round 7- up and down, 10 burpees, up and down.
– Jog back to Green for JLo (fast, slow, fast- insert pun here).

Great job on a very sticky Monday. We lifted up Heisters mom (undergoing surgery) as well as all families with kids going off to college (including the Khans, LDs and Stumpjumpers). Time goes by very quickly, so don't be self absorbed especially with meaningless matters….. remember what is important and stay close to your families. Have a great week all. Thanks for this group.
