Day 23 without Mailman… and somehow The Brickyard continues to deliver pain.

We started with 16, then down to 15 due to some, ahem, 'freshly' brewed beer one PAX gave to another, after hours, on a non-approved HDHH night.  SO, there were consequences, and we lost Santiago about 10-15 min into the pain.  As such, the 15 of us moved on, buckled down, and attempted to show our FNG and 2nd post specials what The Brickyard is really all about (and it ain't bricks, FTR).

Warm ups: Mozy, circle back to get Chief, as is becoming our custom, then head to parking lot across from Trackscan for:

COP-all IC- SSH 20, IST 15, Merkin 10, MC's 15, WM's 15, heal slappers 20, there, that should do it.

Mozy to wall, climb it, mozy to back of Trackscan, passed Santiago's car, so he could get gloves for the FNG (in't he a nice feller) and line up perpendicular to said basketball apparatus.  Quadraphilia up the hill 10 pure squats, run back down, 2 WIDE grip Merkins, rachet down/up till we get to 2/10. Plank to wait for our 6. That's it, really, that was all we did there.

Mozy over to some other parking lot, about 1/4 mile away, COP-10 burpees, Vegetation retreival excercise IC 15, sit-outs (now know as DAN GABLES–thanks Manhands) IC 10, did we do one more thing here?  I can't remember, YES, it was W's!!!  15 IC.

Mozy to wall, partner, Hummer 4×4.  One partner does a set of diamond merkins until exhaustion, the other does balls to the wall, switch, repeato x 3.  Mozy to bottom of nearby grassy knoll (no, not that one.  That one is in Dallas).  Curb at bottom, 15 calf raises each leg, bear crawl up, 20 LBC's, jog back down for calf raises and Repeato x 2.

Mozy to Trackscan for some Mary, all IC: Low Flutter 20, WWII 15, Pickle Pounders 15.

Recover, recover.

COT.

Moleskine:

-Well now….we had the pleasure of a FNG (Chad), AND a '2nd poster' Paul Sanford, a respect, AND a flight medic.  Many names were tossed out, tossed around then left to drop.  Somehow, Panama Red stuck and stuck quick, like cheese to a hot skillet, not gettin' that stuff off easy.  Welcome Panama Red, a juggernaut of a name (coming from a former Hermey, now a Hummer, sheesh!)

-The PAX was large and strong, with Manhands shelling out comments and complaints like Obamaphones in the rusty, long ago forgotten suburbs of Ohio.  At one point, he questioned whether we should be doing the bear crawl gig because I was so out of breath (and the Q).  I simply commented that I WAS out of breath, AND THAT was a good thing!!

-The FNG's kept up well, clicked right in and did their duty as any good soldier would.  Bravo!

-Santiago had an untimely 'event', necessitating his relocation to Micky D's for some exfoliation, and upon his return, we were gone, likely doing the 4×4 behind that wall, sorry Santiago!

-There were ruckers, I know.  I saw Manhands out there, and I imagine Cupcake was in his company, but not when I found Manhands preparing to mark his turf in a powerful way.

-Notable notables include Santiago (WD) and RentaCop (WB).

-That's all I got, Crew, YOU ARE THE BEST!   Thanks for letting me lead.

-PLEASE take the reigns once in a while, it can be nerveracking, but MANY can step in and help through out an excercise or two if you get in a pinch.  Mostly, I'd bet you'll be audibling at times, as 'written down' Q's are often much less painful on paper.

-Thanks Cupcake, for the chance to lead.
