Another solid week for the R.E.E.B.O.C. Ride. (Ride extra early because of children, church, chores, commitments, cup games, cars)
For those aware of the ongoing wager between the OTB runners, and OTB cyclists, the runners outnumbered the cyclists 18 – 17 and win this week's challenge by one runner. More details will be posted but the running tally is $5.00 towards MS and $5.00 towards Speed for Need.
The group broke off into three at different points, tallying mileage of 30, 36 and 40+.
The highlight of the day was when we slowed down to let the "six" catch up, only to realize it was Smokey who smoked everyone in an uphill so bad that he LOOPED and came back around.
Then we had coffee and compared Strava. It was, as you would imagine, glorious.
