Do a merkin, pull right arm up, out and over your head and back to plank, do a merkin, do same with left arm, do a merkin, pull right elbow straight up and hand back down, do a merkin, now pull left elbow up and then back down and do a merkin. (5 merkins per each rep)
- Ski jumps over block 30 (15 IC)

- 10 hand release burpees
Run track lap
- Walk out man maker push ups to 5

Sprint to second hoop, 10 hand release burpees and sprint back
