- Butt Kickers to last corner (Dips 10x IC, Incline Merkin 10x IC, Decline Merkin 10x IC)

- One set consists of:
- Run to first cone, return and one Man Maker Merkin
- Run to 2nd cone, return and one Man Maker Merkin
- Run to 3rd cone, return and one Man Maker Merkin
- Do that 7 times, increasing by one MMM each set. Last set, you do 7 MMM each run
Animal Kingdom: Two cones were about 15 M apart
- Bear crawl to first cone, 5 Scorpion Merkins, bear crawl back to original cone and 5 Scorpion Merkins
- Crab Crawl to first cone, 5 Break Dancers, crab crawl back and 5 Break Dancers

- The suicides elicited a ton of grunting from everyone involved. That keps going through Animal Kingdom and Mary. Grip was especially vocal today.
- There was a mention that we would feel this tomorrow, but manu felt like they were already feeling the effects fo the exercises this morning.
