6 men set out in the humid morning darkness to get some miles in. We covered around 5.5 miles through Wynfield/Macauley/Birkdale with very minimal directions given (sorry about that). After a weekend of sun and booze, hydration levels were low, which was extra challenging this morning but we all managed to survive.
