Location and time change for a Murph workout. 3 men showed and dominated. 6:30 start to accommodate one of our Pax. Cobalt instead of Quarry Hood. We normally do a Murph on Memorial Day weekend but pushed a week as we had the triathalon last weekend. Great job organizing to Natty and his team. Really fun event in the hood.
- Run 1 mile from Overlook clubhouse to front playground stopping every 1/4 mile for 25 merkins OYO
- At playground: 100 pull-ups, 100 merkins (already 100 in on the run over) and 200 squats (see below – we got all 300 in)
- Run 1 mile back to clubhouse stopping every 1/4 mile for 25 squats OYO
