We will be having an AO to AO Half Marathon Ruck through the streets of Denver This Friday 3/31 beginning at 8 PM. 1st F
We will be starting at East Lincoln High School (Mustang), heading through the back roads of Denver (mostly), through Westport and end up in Sailview. Keeping formation and pace we should complete just before midnight. We will use my house as the halfway point to refuel, refill water, do a 12 ounce curl before continuing on. Your pack should be weighted with 30#s but if you need to adjust weight do so, as the important part is we need you out there with us, 2nd F. Everyone should have a pack or weighted vest with reflection tape, a head lamp, water and any energy bars etc you need.
We will have 4 clown cars to transport back to Mustang when finished. We will also have a shuttle service in case it is needed during the event. I'll supply what is needed at the halfway point.
This is the inaugural CSAUP for the Denver area and we’d like for every one of the PAX to join in. If you can make it through a workout you can do this , 3rd F. We have about 7 strong commits and if you plan on attending shoot me an email dlunderwuncg@gmail.com or hit me up on Slack.
