Hi PAX (That’s EVERYONE!, even if you haven’t been out in a while)! Tomorrow is Saturday July 1! This is going to be a great day, and the final horrah to our promotional campaign. We have sent flyers out, demoed at Dry Pond, and now this: (The EH’n doesn’t stop here though) Start your day with a workout, then round the family up and head out to Mustang (East Lincoln High School). We have the regional F3 tent, and will have a couple more tents on the practice field to stake our claim. The plan: 4:00 Setup. – need 2 more tents, School Bus is bringing one, so need one more. Let me know if that is you. – need a couple tables, for food and/or eating. Need 2 or 3. Let me know if you can bring one. -2 shovel flags and F3 flag. 5:00 ish We will start a flag football game! I have some flags, but we could use more if you got’em. 6-8:00 Free play as more family and friends roll in. Please bring frisbee, tennis ball, soccer ball, etc. Hefty will have corn hole boards too. 8:00-fireworks – Walk the track and enjoy some unhealthy treats. You earned it if you have been playing for hours! Take in some music and of course, fireworks! Food/Drinks Please bring at least what you need. Would be awesome if everyone brought something to share. Foods and deserts that are heat tolerant. This can be a come and go event, but I urge you guys to bring what you need to spend the time together, and time with our families. It is also nice to grab a front row park near our tents for convenience. Easy load/unload and can keep an eye on your stuff. Or you can park in Clubbers yard (he likes that). Other suggested items: Chairs Blankets Sunscreen Glow sticks Please invite others to join in on our fellowship (not F3 exclusive). I request that everyone wear an F3 shirt. Our tent will be informal, and not on the track, but I think some exposure and some EH’n will happen! After Saturday’s workout, I will need some help relocating the pull up bar as we will have a pull up challenge that evening. (I’m told Spork is the man to beat). Anyone who does it must verbally be told they do it at their own risk. Please also bring items to display like we did at Dry Pond. Thanks, C#
