Respect Week, Day 4 Marker’s first time Qing at the big metropolis of Sail View. Nothing fancy about todays workout and no rain, why were you in the fart sack? There were large puddles on the ground and the mosquitoes were even larger. This is our story:
We did some warm-up exercises.
Next, the Pax moseyed to the block pile.
We did some block exercises.
Then we did the Murph exercises plus two more for good luck, Dips and Step-ups.
We ran back to the playground parking lot to do some cardo exercises rounds, one partner did SSH, and other partner ran suicide relay of the parking lot then swopped exercise. Round two: partner A did burpees and partner B did suicide relay. Last round squats and suicides.
Round Mary: each pax choose a core exercise and lead the exercise in cadence.
