Did You Say Sprint

Starbuck loop route.  The plan was to run a mile then sprint a quarter of a mile or until next major road/junction, rinse and repeat.  Total route was approx. 5.75 miles.  After a late night of football and some tappering plans – most if not all were happy with a fellowship pace from start to finish.
