-6 lines (Bear crawl to each line for: 2, 60 second squats; 2, 60 second ‘Mericans; & 2, 30 second Muhammad Ali/Rocky Balboa)

Moleskin:

YHC lost track of time and wanted to keep going, but the Pax provided some not so subtle hints that it was time to call it. Cmon’ I was only over by 2min  (I will do better next time).  There was a whole other circuit that we didn’t even get to!

 

Tammy Faye kept the pace as usual (he has to set the example as MQ). 

 

Tuffy enjoyed the pain and even wanted more.

 

Dingo has conveniently trained his dog to run away every time the word “plank” or “burpee” is said so he has to go after her (Well played my friend).

 

Roadie is like the guy in high school with the cool hair and beard that all of us wanted but could never grow. Dude must be like Sampson cause he got it done today.

 

Big Montana was consistent and wanted more rounds. I think he would’ve been okay going over for some more pain, but had to appease the other Pax in calling time.

 

Great workout guys. Your core should feel great today and tomorrow. Proud to be part of this great group this morning!
