mosey and get a block

Blocks 3 rounds  with declining reps 30, 25, 20

Curls, skull crushers, squats, swings, chest press,  glute bridge, sit ups.  10 merkins in cadence and a lap after each round of blocks.

Blocks to the picnic tables

Incline merkins, dips

Mosey back to our starting spot and circle up for some Mary.
