Little rainy in the gloom this AM
Started with Side Straddle Hops and squats to warm up
Then proceeded to run around the school and get some cinders for the work-out
10 reps (curls, skull crushers, squats, press and v-ups) – run lap
12 reps (curls, skull crushers, squats, press and v-ups) – run lap
14 reps (curls, skull crushers, squats, press and v-ups) – run lap
Run to circle and bottom of hill 30 merks (flat, incline & decline)
Run to bottom of big hill and turn around
Did some random merks during the run then back to school
20 reps (curls, skull crushers, squats, press and v-ups) – run lap
Did some lunges under cover and did broad jumps on way back
recover – recover
Old guy again at the work work out. Congrats to Raodie on the new gig I hope the change is remains good for you man. Flo noted the covid-19 break is painful. We will get you back in shape brother.
