Grab your blocks and head up the "Big Hill"…Metrodog was clearly upset he didn't have one.

THE THANG
While the timer (1 PAX) ran back down the hill, and quadraphelia back up the remaining PAX performed the exercise of the timer's choice.

Metrodog ran and Willed us to do Block Burpees

Dandelion ran and mowed us down with Trifectas
Hefty ran and cinched up round one with Alternating Lunge walks

-The MQ at SVU may have some SPLAININ' to do on how easily the wall was breached this morning.
-Metrodog only made it through ~30 minutes but gave it a valiant effort(I'm sure it had nothing to do with the self induced 30 min beatdown he had prior or leaving to take care of the kiddos)
-Dandelion may have squeaked when he ran across a frozen spider on his block, but totaly redeemed himself when he turned the uphill part of the big hill run into quadraphelia on his own then the PAX followed. #ISI
-Strudel just kills it and smiles along the way. When asked when he was going to Q, he said he was ready. Sign him up men!!!
-Prayers up for the injured amongst those were Gecko, Zippy,Clubber, and Theuss among others. Thoughts go out to Strudel's family as they recently lost a beloved furry family member. Think of all the good times brother!
