7 out for a good pump before work…

Dumbbell workout with 20 reps of the following exercises:

  • Dead Lift Reverse Lunge / Squat Press
  • Bridge Bench Skull / Bridge Fly Knee to Chest
  • Eccentric Hammer / Eccentric Curl
  • WWII Jabs/ Crunchy Frog
  • 2 Way Bent Row / Bent Fly

Walt Disney stories are told by Slow Roll, 14k for 5 days…wow.  Slow worked extra hard to get this out of his system, LOL.  No bottle service included.   Tales of trout fishing…evidently not etiquette to fish for trout with corn.  Overheard that one might as well use dynamite to fish with….
