YHC forgot the cheat sheet at home therefore the workout this morning was a mix of what I remember, what I've done before and what the PAX contributed to keep us moving. I apologize for the level of incompleteness of the backblast, but you get the picture! We had a great trip down memory lane during the more challenging holds of the workout. This consisted of favorite cartoons of the seventies and eighties including: Hair Bear Bunch, Hong Kong Fuey, Speed Racer, Johnny Quest and many more. Also some more harrowing conversation of close encounters with a scalpel and smoking testicles that is not for the faint of heart.
Thanks to the PAX present for supporting me as I work out the kinks of the Master Q position. I will be working hard on my preparation, organization and punctuality in the year ahead. Also, it has been a long time since YHC was also the War Baby in the PAX.
