10 men showed for what promised to be some heavy lifting.  Per the preblast, gloves were needed.

Mosey to Chipotle and grab a cinder block

4 Corners with blocks

10 skull crushers, Zamporini to next corner.  Add 20 Overhead presses.  Zamporini to next corner, add 30 bent over rows.  Zamporini to final corner, add 40 curls.  Zamporini to home base.  I usually have the PAX reverse the corners, but based on the level of grunting and groaning, I thought it best to modify.

Grab a parnter

Partner 1 grabs both blocks and does Farmer carry to end of lot and back.  Partner 2 does Mericans.  Flip flop
and repeato.

Partner 1 grabs both blocks and does Farmer carry to end of lot and back.  Partner 2 does Squats.  Flip flop
and repeato.

Partner 1 grabs both blocks and does Farmer carry to end of lot and back.  Partner 2 does SSH's.  Flip flop
and repeato.

Partner 1 grabs both blocks and does Farmer carry to end of lot and back.  Partner 2 does LBC's.  Flip flop
and repeato.

Lieutenant Dan's to end of lot, mosey back to start.  Blocks back.

Partner run opposite ways around lot, meet in the middle for 10 Mericans.  Repeat until reaching 50 Mericans.

Mosey back to start for Mary.

Strong effort this morning.  Those blocks were tough.  Not a lot of mumblechatter, but lots of solid effort.
