The pax totally took direction as everyone brought a headlamp!! The overall path consisted of a trip north on the greenway heading towards Cornelius. We stopped for two pain stations prior and Frogger was not pleased with my lack of SSH and choice of exercises. I said the "folding table" and Bear squat were stretching exercises conducive of warmarama, but he remained unswayed. The meat of the run followed single track path heading from the Greenway west into the woods just north of the Robins Park neighborhood. Which, I understand, is near Caeser's house!
Frogger, in his usual fashion, talked the entire time, finding verbal companionship with Pavorotti I, now know does more than sing. It was good to meet up with a relatively recent F3 transfer, KleanUp. Welcome.
More pain stations followed, but more importantly Soprano, and mister talkative, Frogger, made the mistake of running out ahead of the Q which cost them a 50 yard double back. Tsk, Tsk.
Incredibly, as the rest of us went inside to get our coffee, Lone Star received personal service from the Barista. Not only was it odd that she brought his coffee to him, he seemed like, "hey, I get treated like this everywhere." Folks, lets jump on his coattails as he's got something going we don't yet understand.
We also ran into HoneySuckle Blue as he was exited SBucks post LFC workout. Good luck to all the Pax golfing and running Myrtle. It's always the best way to start the day!
