Lots of questions about attendance on slack, many PAX indicated being DR for this week. Coincidence or funky BBBroga smell? Nonetheless, 5 PAX showed to stretch and recover from the beatdowns administered earlier in the week. Coat Factory was a 1st timer this week, always nice to add another brother to the group. For the second week in a row, we kinda left the yoga element to the side and went with good old fashioned stretching. There were some core exercises that we hit on the way from standing to seated. YHC has waited too long to send out the backblast and has forgotten the MC. Simple observation – 3 of the 5 of us had no mat this week, including YHC. Hope not to forget my mat again, commercial carpet on a slab……reminded me we'll be getting back to outdoor BBBroga soon!
