It was cold, wet, and breezy in the garage today. However, It didn’t stop 4 men from stretching away the pain from the first part of the week. We did some dynamic stretching, wall work, mat work, and standing work. A good stretch was had by all.

It was an older group today with TG being the War baby. He also surprised us with peppermint bark at coffeteria. Thanks for the bark bombs TG!
We didn’t find the Hollywood group but did run into Red October and Comet post ruck at Coffee. Great to see them and good luck with the super extra heavy in January.
