2 PAX posted for an empy Q spot beatdown that promised nothing except no IPC. How did it go? Sparrow and Clark swapped turns leading ourselves.
We did a couple warmup moves.
We checked the track and it was open.
Clark started with a traditional "perals on a string" which is run for about 1/4 mile then perform 2 exercises and run some more… for about 20 minutes then kicked it over to Sparrow who led all sorts of uncomfortable moves such as burpees, dips, karaoke, quaraphilia, wall sits, lunge walks.
