We did a circuit around the ELHS campus. It included:
-Moseying
-Burpees
-High Knees
-Squats
-Dips
-Hand Release Merkins
-Jump Ups on the loading dock
-Wall Sits
-Jumping Over the wall
-Trifectas (6)
-Pull Ups
-Backwards Running
-Power Jumps
MOLESKIN
-Better late than never. Showing up 5 minutes late is better than not showing up at all.
-Your Q had a lonely standard. Showed up and saw cars but they were setting up for the Chicken Mini 5K.
-Nice to see you back Doodle.
-Somehow my heartrate reached 190. Glad I didn’t die.
-PAX tried to sabotage the Trifectas. Sorry guys, doesn’t work with a seasoned pro. (Or did it?)
-Abrams provided an unsolicited anatomy lesson. He also fumigated the south west corner of the parking lot.
