So I saw Waffle House on Saturday at my daughter's cross country meet and with a little prodding from Snoopy and Primo decided I was going to make it to Viking. I made a deal with Waffle that if I wasn't "feeling the Q" he would lead, but fortunately (or unfortunately) I was feelin' it! Cadence was a bit off and I did call out a "push up" instead of a Merican, but other than that felt right at home.
Many picnic table exercises, DORA, rock work and a bit of light running filled up most of the time. We all got a chance to take the lead during Mary. Great group of men this morning and sorry that I had to miss Coffeeteria!
Prayers were said for many but specifically want to point out Eeyore's friend James Pointdexter who passed away way too soon at 48. If you're reading this right now stop what your'e doing and say a prayer for his family. It matters.
Until next time!
