0525: YHC arrives to an unusually large crowd. Route was announced and much groaning ensued about something called Beaty Hill.
0530: go time and head off up Bailey Road
0532: Snoopy arrives..right on time as always

8 tempo miles + 1m w/u, 1m c/d. For those who complain about running Griffith, try taking a left on Beaty. #nojoke

- Seriously, it was an awesome morning out there. Perfect running weather, big group with similar goals pushing each other to the limits, lots of laughs. There was 10k, 15k, 10 mile PRs (many had all) out there today.
- Garcia, Honey Bee, Snoopy and Ghost were on a mission. A very fast mission.
- Beetle drew the short straw and got to tow YHC back in. Appreciate brother, and always enjoy running together.
- Lego, Optimus, DonHo and PopTart are rounding into top shape. Crazy consistent splits this morning. Amazing work.
- We're already in negotiations to continue this new found partnership and #TempoThursday now appears to be leading into #LongRunSaturday.
- Somewhere, although not at BRP this morning, Coach Mort is smiling.
Thanks for the push this morning, I can't wait to see what this group accomplishes in 2019.
