The Thang:

20 reps of the following exercises:

  • Side Squat
  • Cross Body Curl
  • Dead Lift Reverse Lunge
  • Front Raise
  • Split Squat
  • Lateral Raise
  • Eccentric Curl
  • Bent Fly Row
  • Eccentric Hammer
