Some standarded. Some Olivia standarded. Some didn’t standard at all. At 0530 we took off on our 1-mile jaunt to the pull-up bars for the Vern.

Repeat x 5. Laps between each set of exercises.

Thanks to those who came out. Everyone did great and crushed it. This was my first Vern all year (due to my injury) and it was awesome to be able to complete it. Kudos to Jobe for putting me back together and to all the pax for the support to get back out there. Until next time – CB
