2 Brave souls embraced the fools day to get the Mo!

 

Warmorama:

High Knees, Butt Kicks, Karyoke, SSH x 25 IC, IST x 15 IC, WM x 15 IC, CP x 15 IC, Merkins x 10 IC

The Thang:

4 corners:

Pax did at basically each corner of the mile loop in front of the pool parking lot, the following exercises and single count reps:

  • Merkins x 25 
  • LBC x 25
  • Mountain Climbers x 25
  • WWII's x 25
  • CDD x 25

After 4 corners (sets) and about a mile logged in jogging between corners, the pax returned to base.

At the base, we did 10 reps of Wind Sprints about 40yds.

Mary: single count reps of the following:

  • Merkins x 25 
  • LBC x 25
  • Mountain Climbers x 25
  • WWII's x 25
  • CDD x 25

Moleskin:

Light turn out this am, but strong start to the week.  New dad Surf and Turf had a great showing today!  Both El Tigre and Surf and Turf dreading their return to work after some time off!  Does feel great to get the morning started with a workout.  Pax admits that too much lasagna, can cause intermittent heart burn…Cool morning this am, in the 30's.  Over all, pax did 145 Merkins, 125 LBC's, 125 Mountain Climbers, 125 WWII's, and 125 CDD's.   Strong work Surf and Turf!  Prayers go up for Surf's friend who lost her mom.
