FNG:  Rashid – no known as 'Staples' because Ramrod said he was "easy" to EH.  Dude's a beast!!!

Visiting from Greensboro – Spurrier (sporting his Clemson swag!?!?)

Good crowd for Toxic's triumphant return to Mad Scientist today!  16 scientists in-training showed for an experiment to test the human limits today.  There was no 'auditing' this seminar, as all 16 left everything they had on the parking deck today!

?Moleskin:?

  • It was great to see so many new faces out there today!  This was Yorkie's 4th post (i believe?).  Forrest and Qbert are NoCo locals, but usually post closer to the Whitewater Center due to work. And this was Staple's 2nd post (dude beat Scrappy on many of the exercises!).
  • It was good to be back at one of the best AOs in NoCo!  It has probably been 6+ months since i last posted here, and i forgot how much i love/hate this AO!!!
  • Before we launched, Ramrod commented that he thought the Jeep was riding a little low this morning.  I had considered add bricks to the routine this morning, but recalled that the last time i brought bricks to this AO, Fenway went to the ER before we were done with Mary!  Not sure I could have handles bricks with this beast today!!!
  • Master Po deminstrated his vertical by tagging the 6' markers!  Impressive!!!  This dude is a beast too!  I'm not sure that he even broke a sweat this morning!!
  • Scrappy set the bar last night on Twitter, by talking up the AO.  The PAX can thank him for most of what we did this morning!!!  It was great to see you this morning brother…it is too infrequent lately!
  • Thanks to LaBon for calling me out to Q.  I needed that extra EH to get back to this AO, and be reminded of how awesome it is, and how it draws the PAX together.  There is something about this AO that sets it apart from all of the others!!!
